Written instructions with a gimmicked deck of Phoenix cards, red backs. Actually this is a deck with double faced cards, only two cards (the red queens) are regular. So if someone wants to perform this effect with blue Bicycle cards, all he has to do is to exchange the Queens and put the deck into the blue card case. (The Aces are Phoenix Aces, but that should not be a big problem)
