Here is a great twist on the classic Needle Through Balloon with a Light Up Spike. 

A magician brings out a large spike and asks someone to blow on the point and it lights up. He explains that the light has a magical quality that enables the spike to penetrate a balloon without breaking it. He picks up a balloon and magically pushes the lighted spike right through it without harm. 

Now he pulls the spike back out and blows out the light. This time when he touches the balloon it pops, thus proving that the "magic" was indeed in the light. 

Comes complete with everything needed to perform.
