1 John 1-9

Three cards are placed into a paper folder.  On the front of the folder is a picture of a church and the scripture reference, 1 John 1-9.  On one of the three cards is the word, GUILT.  On the other is the word, PEACE.  On the third card is the work, JOY.

When the cards are removed one at a time from the folder the word, GUILT, has disappeared.  The audience assumes it is simply being shown the back side of the card.  The card is then turned around to show the word GUILT is really gone!  On the back of the card is a picture of a cross.

Finally the paper folder is opened up to show that the, GUILT, card is not in it either.  Instead there is a picture of Jesus Christ and the words, "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to clense us from all unrighteousness".
